First Steps
Essential reading for new and returning staff. Always have this in mind at ALL TIMES.

PLEASE MAKE A NEW ACCOUNT FOR YOUR ADMIN KEY. AVOID UTILIZING ALTS AND UNUSED CHARACTERS.
Golden Rules
- You are still a player when your character is in a scene. You cannot rule on your own scenes.
- Consult this documentation first before making a ruling. Consistency matters more than speed.
- Deescalate. Avoid arguing with players, even when provoked. Lighthearted jokes are fine.
- Protect sensitive OOC information. What you see as staff stays private when it should.
- Do not ghost private scenes. Player logs are for head admin investigations only.
- No permission abuse. Do not spawn items or teleport players unless it is admin business.
- Unsure???? ASK IN STAFF CHAT!!!!
- *PLEASE be extra carefull when dealing with Faction/Guild related tickets!!!!
If something is not covered here, discuss with the team, then suggest adding it to this docs after a decision was made.
Ideally, you are meant to learn what can be done and what cannot be done. This documentation will always be available to be chcked and is based upon discussion and mutual agreement of the team.
Tickets
- Only take a ticket if you intend to handle it start to finish.
- If a ticket names a specific admin, leave it untaken so they see it, you may also ping the admin on Discord.
- Before closing, ask if the player needs anything else.
Commands
/ticketsshows all tickets./jointicket [NUMBER]opens a ticket by the number. You cannot do this on a tikeck you've taken.
Before you do anything in game
Have the guidelines below in mind at all times.
- Prefer Edit over Debug
- Work in the breakroom when creating or editing items
- Hit the reload circle when using Spawn Anything to make sure it spawns on your coordinates.
- Duplicate spawnables before taking them
- Remove coins via debug (not asking players to drop money)
Common Mistakes
RPP refunds
NEVER use Reward RPP to refund spent points. Use Spend RPP with a minus sign:
